Planning Board Member Partap Verma, who sent an email to the county council last week accusing Planning Board Chair Casey Anderson of creating a “toxic, misogynistic and hostile workplace,” has deactivated his Facebook and Twitter accounts.

Moderately MoCo’s Jason Makstein just reported the following: “After hearing rumors, I contacted Partap Verma who confirmed that he will be taking medical leave of absence from his position on the planning board and has informed the County Council.”
I texted Verma asking for confirmation of Makstein’s report. In any event, the deactivation of Verma’s social media accounts is noteworthy considering how active he has been on Facebook and Twitter in the past.
