Just weeks after his announcement for U.S. Senate and a year out from next year’s primary, Congressman David Trone has already sent out two mailers. I live in Congressional District 8 and I still remember the volume of mail Trone sent in 2016. (He lost to Jamie Raskin in that primary but won a seat in Congressional District 6 two years later.) There are going to be some very full mailboxes and some very busy mail vendors over the next year.
