Congressman David Trone has sent out the mailer below pointing out that Prince George’s County Executive Angela Alsobrooks has “zero experience in Congress” as she runs against him for a U.S. Senate seat. While true, Barack Obama, Joe Biden and Hillary Clinton also had “zero experience in Congress” when they were elected to the U.S. Senate. Also of interest is that Trone’s quotes from the Washington Post come from an editorial in which the paper endorsed Alsobrooks.
