MCPS Superintendent Thomas Taylor has released a video explaining the school district’s new boundary study. The study, which will cover roughly three-quarters of MCPS’s high schools and middle schools, is necessitated by three new capital projects about to come online. Taylor does not downplay the importance of the study, calling it “a big deal” and saying, “I recognize that this can be pretty intense and an emotional experience.”
