Council Member Andrew Friedson, who is running for executive, has sent out his fourth mailer. This one is complicated because it’s customized with different versions for each of the county’s nine state legislative districts.
Friedson has been endorsed by six of the county’s nine state senators. Each of their districts have received a mailer featuring a quote from the relevant state senator. District 9 received a mailer featuring Council Members Marilyn Balcombe and Dawn Luedtke. District 19 received a mailer featuring State’s Attorney John McCarthy. And District 20 received a mailer featuring the chair of a PAC promoting the economic interests of Black residents. Collectively, the variants of this piece constitute a fourth countywide mailer.
