District 14 State Senator Craig Zucker, who has endorsed Council Member Andrew Friedson for executive, has sent the mailer below to Democratic voters in his district. District 14 contains Burtonsville, Fairland, Cloverly, Sandy Spring, Ashton, Olney, Brookeville, Laytonsville, the southern outskirts of Damascus and several smaller nearby communities. Burtonsville and Fairland contain concentrations of Black voters, who play a critical role in county Democratic primaries.
