The county government is investing a tremendous amount in Wheaton now, including constructing a new headquarters for Park and Planning and a new library and recreation center. District 4 County Council Member Nancy Navarro is a big reason why. She is a fierce, relentless advocate for Wheaton and makes sure the area gets its fair share of county dollars.
