Doug Tallman, who is the Gazette’s Annapolis Bureau Chief and has worked for the newspaper for the last six years, is leaving for a new job at AOL. Turnover is a natural thing for any newspaper (and especially at the Gazette), but did he really have to leave during the middle of an election year?
