Delegate Jeff Waldstreicher (D-18) sent us the following announcement:

Jeff & Joanna Waldstreicher are excited to announce the birth of their happy and healthy twins. Kate Stromberg Waldstreicher was born August 8th at 11:09 a.m. Her brother, Eli Valk Waldstreicher, arrived a minute later. Mother and babies are doing splendidly.
