Council Member Andrew Friedson, who is running for county executive, has sent his second mailer. You can see his first mailer here.
Both of these mailers have beeen received by a Democratic friend of mine who almost never votes in gubernatorial primaries. That indicates that Friedson is mailing to a broad universe which may be inaccessible to his opponents, who cannot match his campaign war chest. This is a significant strategic advantage that he is using to pursue victory.
