Debbie Spielberg, who is County Executive Marc Elrich’s special assistant and is running for the open seat in Council District 1, has sent the trifold mailer shown below to district voters. Her opponents in the Democratic primary are state transportation official Drew Morrison and Board of Education Member Julie Yang. Reardon “Sully” Sullivan, who masterminded the term limits effort against Elrich two years ago, is the GOP candidate who awaits the winner in the general election.
