No one has ever been nicer about not endorsing candidates than Congressman Jamie Raskin. Yes, Jamie has endorsed a few safe incumbents as well as Congresswoman April McClain Delaney, who is an incumbent but not quite safe. But Jamie has also sprinkled out a lot of positive comments about candidates without explicitly endorsing them. That hasn’t stopped these folks from using these comments because, hey, if Jamie Raskin says something nice about you, you want everyone to know about it!
