Council at-large candidate Scott Goldberg, who recently finished third in the Democratic primary, sent not one but two mailers to voters in the City of Gaithersburg, where most of its municipal elected officials endorsed him. Targeting of this kind is more typical of digital comms rather than mailers, at least for council candidates, but Goldberg had the campaign funds to pull this off. I will be curious to see how he does in Gaithersburg precincts.
