District 19’s incumbents – Senator Ben Kramer and Delegates Charlotte Crutchfield and Vaughn Stewart – ran as a team this year and all won in their primary. Kramer was elected to the House in 2006 and served three terms there before his election to the Senate in 2018. Crutchfield and Stewart were first elected in 2018. During the primary, the team sent out the mailer shown below.
